In these Terms, “you” or “your” refers to the individual accepting these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you affirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, forming a legally binding agreement between you and Cashtags LLC. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms with at least 30 days’ prior notice via email or a notice on the Service. Changes will not retroactively affect existing subscriptions unless required by law. Your continued use following such notification constitutes acceptance of the changes. Additional terms may apply to specific products or services and will prevail in case of conflict with these Terms.

Cashtags LLC aggregates publicly available internet data and synthesizes it into insights. You bear sole responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the Service, whether financial, personal, or otherwise. Cashtags LLC does not direct or influence such decisions.
We offer paid subscriptions for access to premium AI-generated summaries and insights (“Paid Services”) as part of the Service. By purchasing Paid Services, you agree to pay the fees specified on the Service. Fees are subject to change, with adjustments reflected at the start of your next Subscription Period. We will notify you of fee changes via email or the Service prior to the next Subscription Period. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
You shall provide a payment method via Stripe. If payment fails or your account becomes past due, we may charge alternative payment methods you have provided or suspend your access until resolved. Disputes regarding billing may be addressed by contacting support@cashtags.ai.
Payments are processed through Stripe, subject to its terms and privacy policy (see https://stripe.com/privacy). You agree to pay all charges at the prices listed using your designated payment method. Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually (“Subscription Period”), with fees prepaid at the start of each period. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact support@cashtags.ai with your reason for the request. We may issue full or partial refunds depending on factors such as usage, the timing of the request, and applicable law. After cancellation via your account dashboard or by emailing support@cashtags.ai, access terminates at the end of the current Subscription Period, with no automatic refund for unused time unless approved by us. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time, with any refund for the unused portion determined at our discretion or as required by law. You are liable for all applicable taxes arising from your use of the Service.
Content on the Service, including text, data, and AI-generated summaries, is provided by Cashtags LLC based on publicly available internet data synthesized into insights. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Use of Content is at your own risk and shall not be relied upon as investment advice. Cashtags LLC bears no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of Content. AI-generated summaries are original outputs derived from aggregated data, not advice or recommendations.
Cashtags LLC aggregates publicly available internet data, such as stock mentions from social media and other sources, to generate AI-driven summaries and insights. Our proprietary artificial intelligence synthesizes this data into transformative content—offering original analysis, trends, and perspectives. We believe this use aligns with fair use principles under U.S. copyright law, as it transforms factual data into new insights without reproducing original works. Cashtags LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and strives to operate within applicable copyright laws. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly, contact support@cashtags.ai (see Section VIII). For users outside the U.S., we comply with local copyright laws where fair use may not apply.
Any feedback you submit regarding the Service may be used by Cashtags LLC without restriction or compensation to you.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on the Service, notify our designated DMCA Agent pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) with:
