These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cashtags.ai (the "Service"), operated by Cashtags LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We aggregate internet stock mentions into AI-generated insights for subscribers. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, forming a legal agreement. If you don’t agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or the Service. Changes won’t retroactively affect subscriptions unless required by law. Continued use after updates means you accept them.

1. Registration Data and Account Security

To use certain features, you must register with:

• Accurate, current, and complete email, password, and username ("Registration Data").
• Responsibility for keeping your password secure and updating your data.
• Full liability for activities under your account.

Notify us at support@cashtags.ai of unauthorized use. To delete your account, contact us there.

2. Access to the Service

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use of the Service and its Content.
• You may not redistribute, sell, or create derivative works without our written permission.

3. Your Responsibilities

We aggregate public internet data into insights. You’re solely responsible for any decisions based on the Service.

4. Paid Products or Services

• We offer premium subscriptions ("Paid Services") with fees listed on the Service.
• Fees may change with notice before your next Subscription Period.
• Payments are processed via Stripe (see Stripe Privacy Policy).

5. Payment Policies

• Subscriptions bill monthly, quarterly, or annually, prepaid via Stripe.
• Refunds aren’t guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion. Email support@cashtags.ai to request one.
• Cancel via the home page or under your Account; access ends at the current Subscription Period’s close.
• We may terminate subscriptions, refunding unused portions at our discretion or as required by law.

6. Site Content

• Content (text, data, AI summaries) is generated from public internet data. We don’t guarantee accuracy.
• Use it at your own risk—it’s not investment advice. We’re not liable for losses from its use.

Copyright and Fair Use

• We synthesize public data into original insights, believing this aligns with U.S. fair use laws.
• If you think your copyright is infringed, email support@cashtags.ai (see Section 8).

7. Feedback

Feedback you provide can be used by us without restriction or payment.

8. Copyright Complaints

For DMCA notices, email support@cashtags.ai with:

• Work identification, infringement location, your contact info, a good-faith unauthorized use statement, and ownership affirmation.
• We’ll notify users of removals and handle counter-notices per DMCA rules.
